  • A permit applicant must derive the major portion of income of number of visitors during the normal business season from motorists not residing in the immediate area (90 days of data from sales is required as proof)
  • Maximum distance of service: 15 miles

  • 4 network-connected Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) charging ports capable of simultaneously charging at least 4 EVs
  • Each DCFC charging port must be capable of charging any CCS-compliant vehicle
  • Each DCFC charging port must have at least one permanently attached CCS Type 1 connector
  • DCFC charging ports must support output voltages between 250 volts DC and 920 volts DC
